BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. In accordance with section 46-7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes and section 10-11 <br /> of the County Charter, the Mayor of the County of Hawaii is authorized to <br /> execute, on behalf of the County, a three (3) year, multi-year agreement, and <br /> related documents with the Office of the Auditor, State of Hawaii to allow the <br /> County to request assistancein conducting an audit as specified above. <br /> 2.
