BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED)' <br />The Department of Research and Development staff has grown signficantly and the Clerk III would provide <br />the necessary support to the Admin Services Assistant to provide quality customer service, timely and <br />accurate administrative support to the specialists, and an efficient and easy to access fling and scheduling <br />system.
