Sewer <br />Existing: <br />There is an existing 12 -inch sewer main stubbed out at Malulani Road. <br />Planned: <br />12 -inch sewer main will need to be extended approximately 1,500-1f to the project <br />site. Per preliminary engineering analysis, the existing downstream sewer system is <br />adequate for the proposed project and was master planned to accommodate it. The <br />cost of wastewater improvements will be the responsibility of the project developers. <br />Drainage <br />Existing: <br />The site is currently vacant land with no existing drainage system. Storm water <br />currently either percolates into the soil, or sheet flows to the southwest. There is an <br />existing drainage channel, debris basin, and maintenance access road along the <br />southern edge of the project site. The associated flood zone will be located entirely <br />outside of the proposed project site <br />Planned: <br />The increase in storm water runoff from the proposed project and roadway extension <br />will be detained onsite by various new drywells located throughout the site and <br />along the roadway extension. <br />Form 201H-001, 03/29/2023 Page 11 <br />
