Sewage Disposal System. Since cesspools are NOT allowed and <br /> since the County does not have a wastewater system in this area, <br /> individual wastewater systems will be the sewer system used to <br /> handle sewage generated from each lot. All septic tank systems and <br /> other individual wastewater systems shall be constructed in <br /> compliance with the State of Hawaii, Department of Health rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 5. Power/Communication Systems. The Applicant has contacted <br /> and will coordinate with the public utilities and proposes to <br /> install overhead electric, telephone and cable TV systems within <br /> the proposed residential subdivision. The onsite utility systems <br /> <br /> would connect to the existing electric, telephone and cable TV <br /> systems in Holoholo Street and/or Nana Street. <br /> C. Floral and Faunal Survey <br /> The Applicant generally identified the following on the subject <br /> property: Guava trees, Silver Oak trees, Christmas Berry trees, <br /> <br /> Alahe'e trees, Pride of India trees, Noni plant, Hale Koa, Tassel <br /> grass, Guinea grass and Mongoose. <br /> D. Archaeological Inventory Survey <br /> <br /> Mr. William Barrera, an archaeological consultant, is conducting an <br /> archaeological inventory survey of the subject property to identify <br /> and evaluate the significance of each archaeological site. The <br /> <br /> Archaeological Inventory Survey of the subject property will be <br /> submitted upon completion. <br /> E. Soil Type <br /> The subject property is NOT located within the Prime, Unique or <br /> Other Important Agricultural lands identified on the AGRICULTURAL <br /> LANDS OF IMPORTANCE TO THE STATE OF HAWAII maps. With reference <br /> to the DETAILED LAND CLASSIFICATION-ISLAND OF HAWAII, prepared by <br /> the Land Study Bureau, University of Hawaii, 1965, the subject <br /> property is situated on Land Type No. E292 with an over-all <br /> suitability master rating "E", which is classified as land very <br /> poorly suited for agriculture. <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
