BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Department of Environmental Management (DEM)was awarded aQrant from the EPA Solid Waste <br />Infrastructure for Recycling Communities Grant, [}EN1intends toissue aReouentfor Proposal under the <br />EPA 8VVFR Grant to initiate and normalize the use ofreusable foodxvo[e system at scale and enable <br />successful ongoing operations of a community -wide reuse service for foodware.
