Kekai <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year, for a <br />multi -year agreement to implement electronic citations in Hawaii County. This five-year <br />agreement will consist of electronic citation licenses, associated equipment and maintenance to <br />implement the program, which is a modern solution designed to streamline the process of issuing <br />citations, offering increased efficiency and potential cost savings.
