BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into multi-year <br /> employment contracts as indicated above, for the Office of Housing <br /> and Community Development. <br /> 2.
