<br />FC-11 May 20, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Bill 54: AMENDS ORDINACE NO. 24-33, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br /> IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025 <br />Appropriates excess fuel tax revenues collected from fiscal years 2022-2023 and <br />2023-2024 to the following projects totaling $1,493,554.75: Roadway Projects <br />($448,066.43), Bridge Inspection/Repair ($298,710.95), and Local Road Projects <br />($746,777.37).
