REQUEST: <br />Authorizing the paymerif of funds of a later fiscal year and of more that one fiscal year for a multi -year <br />agreement of ESRI Software for the Department of Information Technology. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />ESRI Software currently utilized as the primary software for the Geographical Information Systems.(GIS) for <br />the County of Hawaii. The majority of county departments are supported by this software and it supports our <br />permit system and emergency services. <br />The ESRI agreement provides GIS server components and configurations, desktop software and ArcGIS <br />online SaaS capabilities. <br />The proposed 3-year contract term is set at a fixed annual rate of $180,400.00 + sales tax for years 1; 2 and <br />3.
