Invest all Compact states with the authority to hold <br />2 licensed psychologists accountable through the mutual <br />3 recognition of Compact State licenses. <br />4 ARTICLE ZZ <br />P] <br />6 A. "Adverse Action" means: Any action taken by a State <br />7 Psychology Regulatory Authority which finds a violation of a <br />8 statute or regulation that is identified by the State Psychology <br />9 Regulatory Authority as discipline and is a matter of public <br />10 record. <br />11 B. "Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards <br />12 (ASPPB)II means: the recognized membership organization composed <br />13 of State and Provincial Psychology Regulatory Authorities <br />14 responsible for the licensure and registration of psychologists <br />15 throughout the United States and Canada. <br />16 C. "Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional <br />17 Telepsychology" means: a licensed psychologist's authority to <br />18 practice telepsychology, within the limits authorized under this <br />19 Compact, in another Compact State. <br />20 D. "Bylaws" means: those Bylaws established by the <br />21 Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission pursuant to <br />
