Page 5 <br />1 Article X for its governance, or for directing and controlling <br />2 its actions and conduct. <br />3 E. "Client/Patient" means: the recipient of psychological <br />4 services, whether psychological services are delivered in the <br />5 context of healthcare, corporate, supervision, and/or consulting <br />6 services. <br />7 F. "Commissioner" means: the voting representative <br />8 -appointed by each State Psychology Regulatory Authority pursuant <br />9 to Article X. <br />10 G. "Compact State" means: a state, the District of <br />11 Columbia, or United States territory that has enacted this <br />12 Compact legislation and which has not withdrawn pursuant to <br />13 Article XIII, Section C or been terminated pursuant to Article <br />14 XII, Section B. <br />is H. "Coordinated Licensure Information System" also <br />16 referred to as "Coordinated Database" means: an integrated <br />17 process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on <br />19 psychologists' licensure and enforcement activities related to <br />19 psychology licensure laws, which is administered by the <br />20 recognized membership organization composed of State and <br />21 Provincial Psychology Regulatory Authorities. <br />25-068d <br />
