I I. "Confidentiality" means: the principle that data or <br />2 information is not made available or disclosed to unauthorized <br />3 persons and/or processes. <br />4 J. "Day" means: any part of a day in which psychological <br />5 work is performed. <br />6 K. "Distant Staten means: the Compact State where a <br />7 psychologist is physically present (not through the use of <br />8 telecommunications technologies), to provide temporary in- <br />9 person, face-to-face psychological services. <br />10 L. "E.Passport" means: a certificate issued by the <br />11 Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) <br />12 that promotes the standardization in the criteria of <br />13 interjurisdictional telepsychology practice and facilitates the <br />14 process for licensed psychologists to provide telepsychological <br />15 services across state lines. <br />16 M. "Executive Board" means: a group of directors elected <br />17 or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted <br />18 to them by, the Commission. <br />19 N. "Home State" means: a Compact State where a <br />20 psychologist is licensed to practice psychology. If the <br />21 psychologist is licensed in more than one Compact State and is <br />22 practicing under the Authorization to Practice <br />RPNI=. <br />
