NO. <br />I Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, the Home State is the <br />2 Compact State where the psychologist is physically present when <br />3 the telepsychological services are delivered. If the <br />4 psychologist is licensed in more than one Compact State and is <br />5 practicing under the Temporary Authorization to Practice, the <br />6 Home State is any Compact State where the psychologist is <br />7 licensed. <br />8 0. "Identity History Summary" means: a summary of <br />9 information retained by the FBI, or other designee with similar <br />10 authority, in connection with arrests and, in some instances, <br />11 federal employment, naturalization, or military service. <br />12 P. "In -Person, Face -to -Face" means: interactions in which <br />13 the psychologist and the client/patient are in the same physical <br />14 space and which does not include interactions that may occur <br />15 through the use of telecommunication technologies. <br />16 Q. "Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate (IPC)" <br />17 means: a certificate issued by the Association of State and <br />19 Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) that grants temporary <br />19 authority to practice based on notification to the State <br />20 Psychology Regulatory Authority of intention to practice <br />21 temporarily, and verification of one's qualifications for such <br />22 practice. <br />25-068d <br />
