"License" means: authorization by a State Psychology <br />2 Regulatory Authority to engage in the independent practice of <br />3 psychology, which would be unlawful without the authorization. <br />4 S. "Non -Compact State" means: any State which is not at <br />5 the time a Compact State. <br />6 T. "Psychologist" means: an individual licensed for the <br />7 independent practice of psychology. <br />8 U. "Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission" <br />9 also referred to as "Commission" means: the national <br />10 administration of which all Compact States are members. <br />11 V. "Receiving State" means: a Compact State where the <br />12 client/patient is physically located when the telepsychological <br />13 services are delivered. <br />14 W. "Rule" means: a written statement by the Psychology <br />15 Interjurisdictional Compact Commission promulgated pursuant to <br />16 Article XI of the Compact that is of general applicability, <br />17 implements, interprets, or prescribes a policy or provision of <br />IS the Compact, or an organizational, procedural, or practice <br />19 requirement of the Commission and has the force and effect of <br />20 statutory law in a Compact State, and includes the amendment, <br />21 repeal or suspension of an existing rule. <br />22 X.
