Page 18 <br />1 1. Hold a graduate degree in psychology from an institute <br />2 of higher education that was, at the time the degree was <br />3 awarded: <br />4 a. Regionally accredited by an accrediting body <br />5 recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to <br />6 grant graduate degrees, or authorized by Provincial <br />7 Statute or Royal Charter to grant doctoral degrees; <br />8 or <br />9 b. A foreign college or university deemed to be <br />10 equivalent to l(a) above by a foreign credential <br />11 evaluation service that is a member of the National <br />12 Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) <br />13 or by a recognized foreign credential evaluation <br />14 service; and <br />is 2. Hold a graduate degree in psychology that meets the <br />16 following criteria: <br />17 a. The program, wherever it may be administratively <br />is housed, must,be clearly identified and labeled as a <br />19 psychology program. Such a program must specify in <br />20 pertinent institutional catalogues and brochures its <br />21 intent to educate and train professional <br />22 psychologists; <br />
