Page '17 <br />ZI <br />I COORDINATED LICENSURZ IMCIMTXON SYSTZK <br />2 A. The Commission shall provide for the development and <br />3 maintenance of a Coordinated Licensure Information System <br />4 (Coordinated Database) and reporting system containing licensure <br />5 and disciplinary action information on all psychologists and <br />6 individuals to whom this Compact is applicable in all Compact <br />7 States as defined by the Rules of the Commission. <br />8 B. Notwithstanding any other provision of state law to the <br />9 contrary, a Compact State shall submit a uniform data set to the <br />10 Coordinated Database on all licensees as required by the Rules <br />11 of the Commission, including: <br />12 1. Identifying information; <br />13 2. Licensure data; <br />14 3. Significant investigatory information; <br />is 4. Adverse actions against a psychologist's license; <br />16 5. An indicator that a psychologist's Authority to <br />17 Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology and/or <br />is Temporary Authorization to Practice is revoked; <br />19 6. Non -confidential information related to alternative <br />20 program participation information; <br />21 7. Any denial of application for licensure, and the <br />22 reasons for such denial; and <br />
