Briefly describe the deliverables outlined in the contract/agreement for this project. <br />Under the County Impact Grant administered by the Department of Research and Development, the Big Island <br />Resource Conservation and Development Council, Inc. (instal sponsor) and the Ka'u Coffee Growers Cooperative are <br />implementing a $12,500 initiative to elevate the visibility, market access, and economic resilience of KaT coffee <br />farmers. The project combines a cooperative marketing campaign with the 2026 Ka'u Coffee Festival to promote <br />regional branding and engagement between farmers and buyers. Deliverables include bilingual outreach, direct -to - <br />consumer education, and targeted media placements to enhance the profile of KaTi-grown coffee. The festival serves <br />as a platform for storytelling, sampling, and sharing the Cooperative's message. At the same time, the marketing <br />campaign extends outreach to buyers, hotels, and boutique roasters in Hawaii, the continental U.S., and Japan. <br />
