Special Terms: The following items (if any) are "Special Terms" to this Agreement. <br />To the extent there is any conflict between these Special Terms and any <br />other terms of this Agreement, these Special Terms shall control: <br />a) Permitted Activities/Inspection. Permittee shall conduct only <br />those activities listed in Section 3 above and no other activities. <br />Prior to any improvements on the Property, Permittee and <br />Owner shall jointly inspect the proposed area for temporary <br />access road improvements and shall review all plans for the <br />.project. Prior to any grading work, the Permittee and Owner <br />shall agree on the preferred temporary access route and design <br />and any other required improvements needed to maintain the <br />surrounding pasture area for Owner's tenant. Upon completion <br />of the Project, Permittee and Owner shall jointly inspect the <br />Property, to determine whether the Property has been properly <br />restored as required hereunder. <br />b) Contacting Owner Prior to Starting Work.
