Therefore, award amounts listed in the exhibits as well as the Action Plan <br />will be adjusted based on the final grant award amounts. <br />• Exhibit A— 2026 Action Plan Project List <br />Provides a list and summary of all projects recommended for funding through the <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant <br />(ESG) programs. <br />• Exhibit B — 2026 Citizen Participation Process and Action Plan Schedule <br />Provides contextual information and procedural timelines. <br />• Exhibit C — Request for Proposal Process <br />Outlines the process for distributing and awarding funds for its CDBG and ESG <br />programs. <br />• Exhibit D — Proiect Recommendation and Ranking <br />Provides a list and ranking of all project proposals received for its CDBG and ESG <br />programs. <br />• Exhibit E — 2026 Annual Action Plan <br />Annual Action Plan to be submitted to HUD which includes the actual projects and <br />activities that will be carried out with the County's 2026 CDBG and ESG funds. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide additional context for your consideration of this <br />Resolution.
