Modifications, alterations or <br /> <br /> changes to the period during which this Contract is in effect may <br /> <br /> be requested in writing by Grantee or Agency, up to forty-five (45) <br /> <br /> days before the Contract would otherwise terminate, and shall be <br /> <br /> effective as of the date approved by the Administrator of the Crime <br /> <br /> Prevention and Justice Assistance Division (if requested by <br /> Grantee) or Grantee (if requested by Agency) and made by attaching <br /> <br /> a party's written request with the other party's written approval <br /> <br /> thereon to this Contract. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> M.
