Certify (refer) names from available eligible lists to employing department within 5 <br />workdays from receipt of the request for the list <br />20. Drug test a minimum of 50% of all fire fighting personnel, 50% of employees with <br />CDL covered under Federal DOT rules <br />21. Alcohol test a mimmum of 10% of all fire fighting personnel, 10% of employees with <br />CDL covered under Federal DOT rules <br />22 By June 30, 2002, promulgate and implement new rules to replace civil service rules <br />and statutes designated to be repealed on 7/1/2002. <br />23. By June 30, 2002, promulgate executive orders to provide for wages, hours, and other <br />terms and conditions of employment for employees excluded from collective <br />bargaining, which provisions were heretofore contained in rules or statutes. <br />24. Conduct a comprehensive review of departments and agencies to evaluate their <br />internal safety programs and levels of comrrutment to workplace safety by September <br />2001. <br />25. Assist departments and agencies with corrective action by the end of FY 2002, of any <br />deficiencies identified in the comprehensive review <br />26. By January 2002, reestablish a reporting and record keeping system of occupational <br />injuries and property damage for purposes of identif}nng and targeting safety <br />deficiencies in need of corrective measures by January 2002. <br />14 <br />
