This grant from the U. S. <br /> Department of Justice will enable the Police Department to <br /> purchase a digital logging recorder and a playback <br /> recorder which will record all 911 calls and monitor radio <br /> transmissions. <br /> Also enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to <br /> enter into an Agreement with the United States of America <br /> for this grant. <br /> Should you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br /> HARRY A.
