Answers telephone and takes messages for the Commission; provides information to the public based on <br /> knowledge of Commission°s functions and policies. (1) <br /> 3. Receives complaints; records and transcribes statements from complainants or witnesses; refers to Commision for <br /> action; maintains corrfiidential files and reports. (1) <br /> 4. Sets lap and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, conferences, field trips, etc. for Commissioners; makes <br /> all necessary arrangements including itinerary, transportation and hotel arrangements.
