This memo is to inform you <br /> that I have asked J. Curtis Tyler, III and Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd to participate on the <br /> Evaluation Committee. Other members include Constance Kiriu, Legislative Auditor and <br /> Rodney Oshiro, Legislative Assistant. <br /> The Evaluation Committee will evaluate and rank the proposals, and will make its <br /> recommendation to the Council in Executive Session.
