Following public <br />hearings, the first draft of these revisions, contained in Bill 280, was introduced by then - <br />Council Member Joe Reynolds. Following introduction of that proposal, I prepared an <br />additional draft which was submitted to the committee for its review. A large number of <br />public comments were submitted in connection with this draft, and the matter was <br />deferred for further revision by me. <br />After many months, I am happy to say that a new draft has been completed. However, <br />before I submit it for administrative review and comment, I would appreciate your review <br />as to form, content and legality. <br />Toward this end and to assist you, I am enclosing a diskette with the proposed draft in <br />Ramsayer format and two charts which summarize the revisions. <br />Since I would like to have a finalized draft ready to introduce in 45-60 days. I will <br />appreciate having your written response at your earliest convenience. <br />Thank you for your help in fulfilling this request.
