Low Density Urban Development, allows for single family residential <br /> developments, ancillary community and public uses and convenience type commercial <br /> uses. Intensive Agricultural uses consist of sugar, orchard, diversified agriculture and <br /> floriculture. Soils within this category are based on high soil fertility. <br /> 9. Waimea Design Plan: The subject property is located outside of the Waimea Design <br /> Plan. <br /> 10.
