The project involves the analysis of the current facilities, <br /> agreements with co-locators, acquisition of tower sites, tower modification and new tower <br /> construction, equipment purchase and installation, and ultimately the transition to the new <br /> equipment. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance adding the Microwave Relocation & System Renovation <br /> Project for $700,000 to the Capital Budget. This appropriation is for the project's upgrades <br /> to allow co-locators to the microwave system.
