Develop and deliver contract interpretations, advisories, and procedures on a <br />quarterly basis. <br />No written interpretations, advisories or procedures were issued. In addition, <br />staff is still on leave of absence and assigned deputy corporation counsel <br />resigned. <br />4. Answer all written departmental inquiries relating to the administration and <br />interpretation of all collective bargaining agreements and executive orders within 14 <br />days from date of request if it does not require inter jurisdictional action, 30 days if it <br />does. <br />One written inquiry received (compensation adjustments for promotion between <br />bargaining units), and decision has not been made. Recommendation is also <br />pending jurisdictional comment. <br />5. Provide background and other technical information required by the Corporation <br />Counsel's Office for the arbitration of grievances within 14 days from the date of <br />request. <br />Corporation Counsel's Office requested information and assistance on three <br />grievances that were pending arbitration. All three requests were responded to <br />within 14 days. <br />Personnel and Organizational Development <br />1. By September 30, 2003, develop and sponsor an annual pre -retirement workshop for <br />County and State employees. <br />A pre -retirement workshop was held on September 10, 2003 for approximately <br />200 employees. <br />2.
