By October 30, 2002, coordinate the placement of CVE students within the County. <br />15 students were placed in the 15 CVE student helper positions by October 30, <br />2002. <br />18. Conduct agency audits on personnel files, temporary assignment records, etc. One <br />audit within each 45 -day period. <br />Agencies Audited: Civil Service, County Clerk, Environmental Management, <br />Fire, Planning, Police, Public Works and Water. <br />19. Review and audit properly completed and submitted payroll certification forms within <br />5 workdays of receipt. <br />Number of properly completed transactions: 3,960 <br />Number of properly completed transactions <br />that took longer than five workdays: 101 <br />97.4% of properly completed transactions processed within five workdays. With <br />the office moving on December 5, 2002, a backlog of claims was created. Of the <br />101 transactions that took longer than 5 workdays, 87 were processed within 6 <br />workdays. <br />20. Review and act upon properly completed and submitted Flexible Spending Plan <br />change in status forms within two workdays of receipt. <br />Number of properly completed forms: 181 <br />Number of properly completed forms that <br />took longer than two workdays: 0 <br />21.
