Bush <br />Location: Kahauloa 2nd, South Kona, HI <br />TMK: 8-2-08:57 <br />We have reviewed the subject application and offer the following comments: <br />Drainage <br />1. All development generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and shall not be <br />directed toward any adjacent properties. <br />2. Applicant shall be informed that if drywells are included in the subject improvements, <br />an Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit must be applied for from the Department <br />of Health, State of Hawaii. <br />3. A drainage study should be prepared and a drainage system should be installed <br />meeting with the approval of DPW. <br />4. All grading and grubbing activities shall comply with Chapter 10 of the Hawaii County <br />Code. <br />5. The FEMA map shows that portions of this parcel lie within flood zone "AE'.
