AW. 387, Part 4, Section 2 <br />Kahauloa 2nd, South Kona, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii <br />Dear Ms. Goldstein: <br />I am in receipt of the comments from the Department of Public Works, the Fire Department and <br />the Office of Housing and Community Development related to the above noted application. I <br />have reviewed these comments and offer the following response. <br />Public Works - Engineering Division: <br />1. The applicant will dispose all generated run-off on site and will not direct said water to adja- <br />cent properties. <br />2. If dry wells are required, they will be in compliance with all Department of Health rules and <br />regulations. <br />3. If a drainage system is required, it will be installed meeting with the approval of the Depart- <br />ment of Public Works. <br />4. All grading and grubbing activities will comply with Chapter 10 of the Hawaii County Code. <br />5. All plans will identify the limits of the "AE" flood zone. <br />6. Vehicular access shall meet with the approval of the Department of Public Works. <br />Office of Housing and Community Development: <br />This is a six lot agricultural subdivision that will provide farming and dwelling opportunities for <br />the Bush family.
