b. To conduct a domestic violence/sexual assault multidisciplinary community audit that <br />will result in a "Preparedness Plan" guideline to respond to and coordinate the efforts <br />to address the impact of critical incidents on domestic violence and sexual assault <br />services in communities <br />Specific activities related to this Objective will include: <br />1. Define/identify "critical incidents" ("acts of nature, national/international <br />security, major shifts in political ideology) (within first three months) <br />2. Identify the data elements for collection and analysis (within first three <br />months) <br />3. Identify the timeframe of data to be collected and establishing a comparable <br />baseline <br />4. Identify who will conduct audit (within first three months) <br />5. Develop "Preparedness Plan" within each agency (within first nine months) <br />6. Disseminate finding/recommendations/guidelines to other agencies and <br />develop a "master plan" for the community, to be shared in various media <br />forms (e.g., internet, CD) (Year one) <br />16 <br />
