Attached are copies of Use Permit (USE 142) &
(SMA 358) which allow for two signs, together with related logo photos and map.
Bill 272: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
(Comm.782) CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, TO
(2002) CLARIFY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS' AUTHORITY TO REGULATE
PARKING AT COUNTY FACILITIES. {Includes the new Aupuni Center facility;
parking at such facilities to include public off-street parking, employee parking, and
special parking; authority to establish employee parking regulations; and authority to
issue special permits for special events.}
The Council referred Bill 272 back to PWIRC on January 8, 2003.
