Also obtain all necessary building permits. <br /> Task 5.4: Prepare Detailed Design and Operations Plan <br /> Prepare detailed civil (including landscaping), structural, mechanical and electrical designs and <br /> drawings for the following: <br /> • Roadways, maneuvering and parking areas <br /> • Utilities (water, storm, and possible sewer) <br /> • Power supply and distribution <br /> • Site lighting <br /> • Erosion control <br /> • Fencing <br /> • Landscaping <br /> • Transfer building <br /> • Resource Park <br /> • Truck wash <br /> • Office/.'isitors/personnel facilities <br /> • Scales and scalehouse <br /> ?,n operations plan will be included based on decisions made by the County as to public or private <br /> operations.
