NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in order to comply with <br />Chapter 342G, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, the Council of the <br />County of Hawaii hereby adopts the Integrated Solid Waste Management <br />Plan, authored by the Barrett Consulting Group. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached Exhibit A, Draft 4 is <br />hereby incorporated and made a part of this resolution as an amendment <br />to the implementation element of the Integrated Solid Waste Management <br />Plan. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 342G, Hawaii <br />Revised Statutes, as amended, the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan <br />with its amendment, Exhibit A, Draft 4, shall be submitted to the Office <br />of Solid Waste Management of the State Department of Health. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be <br />transmitted to the Honorable John Waihee, Governor, State of Hawaii; <br />Peter Sybinsky, PhD., Director, Department of Health; Stephen K. <br />Yamashiro, Mayor, County of Hawaii; and Donna Fay K.
