Subject Property: The property is an approximately 20.477-acre pazcel located on <br /> Kaloko Drive in the Kaloko Mauka Subdivision at approximately the 2,200-foot <br /> elevation. There aze two single-family dwellings on proposed lot 1-A, which will remain. <br /> According to a December 27, 1999 aerial photo of the Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, the <br /> property has been cleazed in the past. <br /> 10. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: Lands to the north are zoned Agricultura120-acre (A- <br /> 20a), and land to the south across Kaloko Drive is zoned Family Agricultural 3-acre (FA- <br /> 3a). Lands to the east and west are zoned Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a). Sunounding <br /> properties aze in low-density residential uses surrounded by pasture and forest land. <br /> There aze some small pasture and nursery areas within the subdivision. The forest lands <br /> of Makaula-Ooma abut the subdivision to the north from the 2,100 to 3,500-foot <br /> elevation. Bishop Estate lands of Kaupulehu surround the subdivision to the north at the <br /> 3,500 to 5,400-foot elevation. These lands are currently used by Hualalai Ranch. The <br /> Kaupulehu Forest Reserve is located mauka (east) of the subdivision. <br /> 11.
