D. The maximum number ofsingle-family and multi-family residential units allowed <br /> shall be 750 units, which includes a maximum of I50 transient accommodation <br /> (short term rental) units. <br /> E. The maximum square footage of the commercial and office uses shall be 350,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> F. A minimum of 49 acres shall be used for open space and recreational uses. <br /> G. The uses disclosed in the application, as listed below, and those required as <br /> conditions to this Ordinance will be allowed in the University Terrace Project <br /> District.
