the region impacted by the proposed development, subject to the review and <br /> recommendation of the Planning Director, upon consultation with the appropriate <br /> agencies and approval of the Hawaii County Council. The applicant shall be given <br /> credit against the fair shaze assessment for any improvements to the road system <br /> in the immediate vicinity (Komohana Street, Mohouli Street, and Kaumana Drive) <br /> to mitigate deficiencies that would have occurred without the project, as identified <br /> in the revised TIAR. <br /> The fair shaze contribution shall have a maximum combined value of $9,671.44 <br /> per single family residential unit, $6,078.25 per multiple family residential unit <br /> and $10,479.31 per hotel unit. Based upon the applicant's representation the <br /> intent is to develop a total of six hundred (600) residential units and one hundred <br /> fifty (150) hotel units. The total amount shall be increased or reduced in <br /> proportion with the actual number of units according to the calculation and <br /> payment provisions set forth in this condition. <br /> The fair share contribution per single family residential unit shall be allocated as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. $4,663.74 per single family residential unit to the County to support park <br /> and recreational improvements and facilities; <br /> 2. $224.98 per single family residential unit to the County to support police <br /> facilities; <br /> 3. $444.36 per single family residential unit to the County to support fire <br /> facilities; <br /> <br /> 4. $194.55 per single family residential unit to the County to support solid <br /> 22 <br /> <br />
