The subject property has no history of archaeological or habitat constraints, nor are <br /> there any topographic limitations that affect the development of the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> N. The property is readily accessible by County standard roadways and required <br /> infrastructure is or will be in place. Public services and other facilities are available to <br /> the property and are not anticipated to be unreasonably burdened as a result of <br /> granting the requested Urban designation and RS-15 zoning. <br /> Given the above, the applicant believes that this request is reasonable and should be <br /> approved.
