Hilo International Airport is zoned Limited Industrial <br /> 20,000 square feet (ML-20) and located northeast of the property. The property to the <br /> <br /> north is zoned MCX-20, where there is an existing dwelling. This parcel (TMK: 2-2-37: <br /> 29) was rezoned from RS-10 to MCX-20 by Ordinance No. 98 98 effective September <br /> <br /> 16, 1998. Coastal Hazards: The property is located over two miles from the shoreline, is not an <br /> <br /> oceanfront parcel, and will not affect, or be affected by shoreline processes. <br /> 17. Recreational Resources: The proposed development will not reduce the size of the <br /> <br /> coastline or other areas used for public recreational uses. <br /> 18.
