Curtis Tyler III, Vice Chair <br /> Hawai'i County Council <br /> L 7 <br /> SUBJECT: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TENSION F THE PUBLIC <br /> SEWER FROM ALIT DRIVE MAUKA ACROSS WALUA <br /> ROAD FOR BOLTON, INC <br /> AT WAI'AHA, NORTH KONA, HAWAII - TMK: (3) 7-5-018:07 <br /> <br /> 1 am submitting the attached resolution for your review and consideration in <br /> accordance with Section 21-26 of the county code. An application from Leo <br /> Fleming dated April 18, 2002 and a reduced map are attached as Exhibit A (due to <br /> their large size, copies of the approved construction plans are being forwarded <br /> under separate cover). The applicant proposes to comply with Section 21-28(a) of <br /> the county code, whereby it will construct the sewer extension for the county and, <br /> in return, receive stated benefits from the County for the stated period of time. <br /> The Department of Environmental Management recommends approval of this <br /> extension and payment mechanism. For this reason, please refer this resolution to <br /> the Parks & Environmental Management Committee for its November 9, 2004 <br /> meeting. <br /> Thank you for your favorable consideration of this request.
