C urtis Tyler III, Vice-Chair, Hawaii County Council, dated October 27, 2004, reports as folloHS: <br />Communication No. 836 transmitted Resolution 262-04, authorizing the extension of the public sewer from <br />Ali'i Drive mauka xross Walua Road and reimbursement for the cost of construction of the extension for <br />Bolton, Inc. Copies of the approved construction plans were attached to the resolution as Exhibit "A." <br />At the meeting, Communication No. 836.1, dated November 9, 2004, from Nelson Ho, Deputy Director of <br />the Department of Environmental Management, was circulated. In the letter Mr. Ho noted that the project <br />had undergone design revisions at least two times and has now been approved by the Wastewater Division <br />(W WD). He also stated that W WD does not anticipate any other projects will he serviced or hooked up <br />within the next ten years as all surrounding property owners have sewers. <br />Council member J. Curtis "fyler.
