CODE REQUIREMIIVT <br /> I would like to apply for a variance for the allowed sign at the <br /> property. Ag zoning allows an 8 square foot sign only. We want to <br /> put up a 32 square foot sign, one consistent with those allowed for <br /> commercial businesses. <br /> PROPOSED SIGN <br /> The proposed sign will be wood with a painted finish done by a <br /> professional sign painter. It will 4' X 8' in size, double sided and <br /> mounted on painted wooden posts. The over all height will be 9'. It <br /> will be mounted perpendicular to the street within the property line. <br /> It will not block any vehicular vision or adversely affect traffic <br /> safety. <br /> <br /> JUSTIFICATION FOR VARIANCE <br /> The size of the sign we are requesting is consistent with those <br /> allowed for commercial businesses.
