AGING <br />AGING <br />Non -Contracted Services (continued) <br />4. Database Development and Maintenance. <br />Provide the general public, private sector, government officials, community agencies <br />and service providers with aging related information by responding to at least 10 <br />requests for general information and at least 10 requests for data analysis conducted <br />to support program planning service development. <br />40% (4) requests for general information regarding aging related <br />information were acted upon. <br />30% (3) requests for data analysis were acted upon. <br />5. Education/Training. <br />Support and coordinate workshops and educational seminars which are pertinent, <br />relevant and reflective of the national and local trends and initiatives in the field of <br />aging where at least 75% of participants will indicate that the workshops/seminars <br />were relevant and helpful. <br />Information not available at this time. <br />6. Home Modification. <br />a. Enable at least 75% of the clients served to remain within their homes in a safer <br />environment due to in-home safety items/equipment provided by the service. <br />97% of clients served were able to remain within a safer environment by <br />items provided. <br />b.
