These funds shall be used by the County of <br /> Hawaii to fund adolescent drug prevention programs. <br /> Upon receipt of a budget plan from the county of Hawaii regarding intended use of these funds, <br /> we will issue payment equal to 25% of the appropriated amount. Thereafter, with mutual consent of a <br /> timely reporting and reimbursement process, additional payments will be made. <br /> If you agree to these conditions, please indicate your acceptance by signing below and returning <br /> this letter to me.
