These funds shall be matched with federal funds, for <br /> community anti-drug efforts aimed at preventing crystal methamphetamine use. <br /> Upon receipt of a budget plan from the County of Hawaii for the use of these funds and <br /> an identification of the source of your matching funds, we will issue payment equal to 25% of <br /> the appropriated amount. Thereafter, with mutual consent of a timely reporting and <br /> reimbursement process, additional payments will be made. <br /> If you agree to these conditions, please indicate your acceptance by signing below and <br /> returning this letter to me.
