COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> REPORT 78 <br /> {AMENDED) <br /> By motion duly made and seconded, the County Council amended Finance Committee <br /> Report 78 with the following change: <br /> The amended Report would add the following to the third paragraph regarding the <br /> transfer of monies from Salaries and Wages for the Microwave Project: "Some of <br /> the Members of Council expressed that, while they would be voting for this <br /> particular ordinance at this time, they do not want to see the Police Department <br /> continue to use or rely on the vacant positions (salaries and wages account} as a <br /> source of funding for future years, which means that the Police would need to <br /> prioritize their capital improvement projects for future fiscal years." <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that amended Finance Committee Report 78 was adopted by the Hawaii <br /> <br /> County Council on May 4, 2005. <br /> ~~Z~~~1 <br /> <br /> COIJNT~' CLERK COUNCIL CHAIR <br /> FC REPORT NO. 78 (AMENDED) <br /> ADOPTED: May 4, 2005 <br /> <br />
