A speed study was conducted and we conclude 20 mph is appropriate for all roadways <br /> within this subdivision. The Puna Police Department has been informed and they support this proposal. <br /> We request [he Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10 Section 24-254, Schedule 12 (20 mile per <br /> hour limit) under (g) Puna be amended as described in the attached drafr for an ordinance. A location <br /> map is attached. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
