COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 114 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-254, schedule 2 (20 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection(g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> • Ha'a Street. <br /> • J-Ia'a Place. <br /> Q Kaiewe Place. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
