NAKAGAWA have submitted an application for a Change <br /> <br /> of Zone from Singl~Family Residential - 15,000 square feet (RS-15) to Single-Family <br /> Residential - 10,000 square feet (RS-10) for approximately 27,224 squaze feet of land. The <br /> <br /> property is located on the east side of Maikai Street, approximately 200 feet north of the former <br /> Kinoole Food Fair Supermazket complex, Waiakea Homesteads, 1 sc Series, South Hilo, Hawaii, <br /> <br /> TMK: 2-4-9: 26. <br /> REQUEST <br /> I. Proposed Development: Change of zone from Single-Family Residential 15,000 - <br /> squaze feet (RS-15) to Single-Family Residential - 10,000 square feet (RS-10) to <br /> subdivide the property into two lots. One lot will be approximately 10,032 squaze feet in <br /> size and will retain the existing single-family dwelling. The second lot will consist of <br /> approximately 17,192 square feet. Two new dwellings aze proposed to be constructed on <br /> the second lot. The applicants propose to apply for an Ohana Permit for the two new <br /> dwellings. All three dwellings will be utilized as rental units. (Exhibit A -Change of <br /> Zone application) <br /> 2. Timeframe for construction: Construction of the first dwelling will begin within one <br /> yeaz from the date of Final Subdivision Approval.
